Mindful Movement is a practice that places focus on increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility through placing moderate stress on the connective tissues; tendons, ligaments and fascia. It’s a meditative practice focusing on cultivating awareness through inner silence and self examination. This is a slow-paced form of yoga with postures being held anywhere from 2-5 minutes.

A 60 min. class that involves a series of high and low intensity cardio workout with strength, agility, and core training. Also, a focus on toning with weights. It is a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

Elevate is a class for both beginners and seasoned athletes, this class includes both high-impact and low-impact exercises with a focus on form and time under tension to maximize training. Exercises will target the whole body, using different muscles groups to strengthen, shape, and tone the body.
